Ask for 3 Years Warranty:
The Motherboard, CPU (Pentium 4 per
example),
Hard Disk, Memory, Video Card & the Monitor
are
the most important parts and have a cover of
3 Years Warranty by the manufacturer.
If the vendor is not giving you this
warranty, you
have to ask it... And must be written of
course !!!

You have to ask to the vendor the details

manufacturer of each part in your computer.

Hard Disk: Manufacturer ?
Memory: Manufacturer ?

Authorized Service Center & Certifications:
You have to ask to the vendors if they are

Authorized Service Center ?
with Authorized Service Technicians ?
and about their Customer Service ?
If your PC goes out of order how long it
takes to repair it...
What is the % of the PC returned for
reparation ?
           
If you buy from the
internet, you have to check also:
Do they have any physical address ?
For how long they are in the business ?
Do they have any customer service ?
Are they receiving the customer in to their
place ?
Do they have any Service Center that you can
go ?
Is this company will be there when you'll
need ?
